Eligibility

Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include all labels/seals.

Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
How to Request

support@lumineurlabs.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item).

We'll review within [2 business days] and approve/deny with instructions.

If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label (U.S. only; international customers cover shipping).
Note: Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within [10 business days] of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Refund amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping (return shipping free for U.S.).

Processing time: Banks may take 3–7 extra days to post.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used supplements (health/safety reasons).

Items damaged by misuse or normal wear.
Damaged or Wrong Item

International Orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping fees both ways. Local duties/taxes are non-refundable.
