Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your sleep supplements. If something's not right, we've got you covered with a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility

  • You have [30 days] from receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include all labels/seals.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

How to Request

  1. Email us at 

    support@lumineurlabs.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item).

  2. We'll review within [2 business days] and approve/deny with instructions.

  3. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label (U.S. only; international customers cover shipping).

Note: Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within [10 business days] of us receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Refund amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping (return shipping free for U.S.).

  • Processing time: Banks may take 3–7 extra days to post.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements (health/safety reasons).

  • Personalized, custom, or clearance items.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Inspect your package on arrival. Contact us within [7 days] at

support@lumineurlabs.com with photos—we'll replace or refund at no cost.

International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping fees both ways. Local duties/taxes are non-refundable.
